It has been over a decade since the band was founded. Despite difficult life hardships, the musicians' full-time jobs, and the distance, the band continues to create, record, and play live shows.

This is all because the band consists of close friends and enthusiasts for whom nothing is impossible, and the desire to create their own music comes before everything else!

This story began a long time ago in a small provincial town on the Ural River, when two like-minded people met, obsessed with heavy music and a fierce desire to create their own...

The band's lyrical component is diverse. Usually, the albums do not have a strict, unified concept. When writing lyrics, the band draws inspiration from the events of days long gone, fantasy universes, folklore from around the world, and their own vision of life. They often deliberately hyperbole or exaggerate certain themes to enhance the expression of the material.

Zhnec is a band that is insanely passionate about playing live shows. They always look forward to their performances, giving their absolute maximum for the audience.
